Proposals, whereby the minimal park requirements are.two acres <br />per one thousand population; and <br />VM-REAS, CITY has further delineated park and recreation lands <br />and facilities in its General Plan, page 19,-workhook 4, existing <br />and proposed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL PR0,MISES, <br />COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH, THE PARTIES <br />HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS <br />Edna Park is located at 2140 West Edna, Santa Ana, California. <br />The parties hereto agree that the cost of -development for recrea- <br />tional =-,se of the Revenue Sharing project site described in para- <br />-raph I above shall be equally divided between the CITY and the <br />COUNTY and the -CITY shall pay 500 of the project cost, with a <br />ceiling price of Fifty -Five Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Dollars <br />($55,930), and the COUNTY shall pay-50a of the project -cost, or <br />Fifty Five -Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Dollars (5551r930) or a <br />lesser amount, if the CITY°S cost of development -after the date <br />of the agreement decreases. CITY.shall be responsible for the cost <br />of overhead, operation and maintenance; such costs are not to be <br />included in this joint funding agreement.
