Interconnections between the proposed Improvements and existing <br />City Improvements shall not be cause for reimbursement by the CITY. <br />C. All notices, requests for payments, approvals, or consent pursuant <br />to this Agreement shall be addressed as set forth below or as either <br />party may hereafter designate by written notice and shall be sent <br />through the U. S.
