<br />terms of this Lease, or of any regulation, order of law, statute,
<br />bylaw, or ordinance of a governmental agency having jurisdiction.
<br />15. CITY agrees not to discriminate against any person or class of
<br />persons by reason of sex, race, color, creed, or national origin.
<br />16. COUNTY or his authorized representative shall have the right at all
<br />reasonable ti-mes to inspect the said Parcel PY1 401-112.Gi, 112.1, 113 arld
<br />GA 4Cl-276 to determine if the vrovisions of this lkgreement are being
<br />colr.pli-ad with,
<br />17. CITY shall indemnify and save harmless COUNTY, its officers, agents,
<br />and amplovees, Iran and against an-; and all clairms, deman'ds' loss, or
<br />liability of any kind or nature which COUNTY, its. officers, agents,
<br />and r-.,nployees -may sustain or incur or which may e imposed u-non themn
<br />or any of thez for injury to or death of persons, or damage to iroperty
<br />as a result of, arising out of, or in anv manner connected with this
<br />Lease or with occupancy
<br />Pancy and u1se of said Parcels PM401-112.011, 112.1,
<br />113 and, IGA 401-276 by CITYt its officers, agents, employees, subtenants,
<br />licensees, patrons, or visitors.
<br />18. All taxes and asspssments which become due and payable upon Parcel
<br />Pm 401-112.01 or upon fixtures, equir=nent, or other property installed
<br />or constructed thereon, shalll be the full responsit-Ality of CITY, and
<br />CITY shall cause said taxes and assessments to be paid promptly.
<br />19. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the terms, covenants,
<br />-rd conditions contained herein shall apply* to and bind the heirs,
<br />successors, executors, administrators, and assigns of all the parties
<br />hereto, all of whom shall be jointly and severally liable'hereunder.
<br />20. Should CITY default in the performance of any covenant, condition,
<br />or aqreerent contained inthis Aqreemient, and such default is not
<br />corrected within a reasonable time after C1111Y receives written notice
<br />of default from COUNTY,. COUNTY may:
<br />A. T-erminate this Agreement. All rights of CTMY and -hose who
<br />clain-, under CITH, stemming from this Agreement, shall end at the
<br />time of such termination; or
<br />B . At COUNTY'S sole option, cure any such default by PerfOrfftancC-
<br />of any act, including payment cif money, and CITY, upon receipt
<br />of billing from COUNT17, pay the cost thereof, 'plus reasonable
<br />administrative costs.
<br />21. Parcel PM 401-112.01 is accepted as is and where is by CITY sub-
<br />je-,t to any and all eXisting easements and encumbrances. COUNTY
<br />reserves the right to install, lay, construct, rraintain, re-oair, and
<br />operate such sanitary sewers, drains, storm water sewers, pipelines,
<br />Manholes, ard connections; water, oil, and aaS 4 I i neS pe
<br />; telelphone
<br />and telegraph power lines; and t-he appliances and appurtenances
<br />necessary or convenient in connection therewith, in., over, upon,
<br />through, across, and alone Parcel PM 401-112.01 or any part thereof,
<br />and to enter said parcel for any.and all such purposes. COUNTY also
<br />reserves thq right to grant franchises, easements, rights of wai,
<br />and permits in, over, upont through, across, and along any and all
<br />portions . of tl-ie Dei%ised Premises. No right reserved by C10lu"NTY in
<br />this clause shall be so exercised as to interfere unreasonably with
<br />CITY's operations hereunder or to impair. the security of any secured
<br />creditor of CITY.
<br />COUNTY agrees that rights granted to third 'parties by reason of this
<br />clause shall contain rrovisions that the surface of the land shall be
