C902 <br />For the sum of one dollar (�1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt <br />of which is hereby authorized, the City of Santa Ana, the County of Orange, and <br />the Orange County Flood Control District agree, to modify that certain contract <br />between the parties dated February 4, 1974, entitled Santa Ana River Bicycle Trail <br />Agreement, and concerning River Crossing and Extension, as follows; <br />Paragraph 10 is changed to read; <br />"In the event CITY fails to award a contract for <br />the work contemplated by this Agreement by October 31, <br />1975, the obligations of CITY, COUNTY and DISTRICT <br />under this Agreement shall terminate." <br />IN WITNESS TrMEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Modification of <br />the Santa Ana River Bicycle Trail Agreement on the day of , <br />1975. <br />ATTEST: <br />W11—LIAM E.
