0" - 'A IS, <br />EXHIBITI <br />SPURGEON INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL REVENUE <br />SHARING AGREEMENT <br />For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, the City of Santa Ana and the County <br />of Orange agree to modify that certain contract between the <br />parties dated February 5, 1974, entitled, "Revenue Sharing <br />Agreement" concerning the Spurgeon Intermediate School, as <br />follows: <br />Paragraph IV is changed to read: <br />"For the purpose of this agreement, <br />Spurgeon Intermediate School shall be <br />completed no later than July 9, 1975, <br />and all funds received under this agree- <br />ment shall be disbursed or encumbered on <br />or before that date." <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br />Modification of the Revenue Sharing Agreement on the day <br />of 1975. <br />ATTEST: COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />A• <br />VVILLIANII E.
