As of the date of this agreement, said COUNTY'S' 20 actual share is one-fourth (1/4) of the lump sum bid 21 price for the traffic signal and intersection lighting, 22 based on the fact that one leg of the intersection 23 presently lies within the COUNTY and three legs of the 24 intersection lie within CITY area. 25 IV. COUNTY'S share of design, survey and construction 26 engineering costs shall be the actual costs accrued 27 to the COUNTY portion based on the percentage of the 28 total contract unit costs billed to COUNTY. 29 V. CITY agrees to submit full, true and correct copies of 30 documents, certificates and itemized bills to COUNTY, 31 and COUNTY shall reimburse CITY within thirty (30) days 32
