�1 <br />i c;, ._•� <br />RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF <br />ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />March 22, 1977 <br />On motion of Supervisor Anthony, duly seconded and carried, the <br />following Resolution was adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana will soon start construction of <br />a needed branch library at Newhope and First Streets, which will <br />provide convenient service to residents of many cities and to residents <br />of unincorporated County areas; and' <br />WHEREAS, the library location is surrounded by lower income <br />residents, and the facility will provide cultural opportunities which <br />would not otherwise be available to that population; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana requires an additional $100,000 <br />to complete this worthy project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board hereby appropriates <br />and transfers $100,000 from the Revenue Sharing Account No. 1221-420- <br />001-900-ZV to the City of Santa Ana Branch Library Project Account <br />No. 1221-310-615-152-OG. <br />AYES: SUPERVISORS PHILIP L.
