EJC: adg <br />®/10/77 <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />THIS Agreement, made and entered into this Jad_ day <br />of a_��,y�/ 1977, by and between the City of Santa <br />Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of California, herein- <br />after referred to as "City", and the County of Orange, a political <br />subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to <br />as "County." <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />WHEREAS, the parties made and entered into that certain <br />"Revenue Sharing Agreement", dated February 5, 1974, concerning <br />Prentice Park Zoo, and entered into modifications to said Agree- <br />✓ ✓ <br />ment dated August 5, 1975, April 6, 1976, and March 25, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, vandalism at Prentice Park Zoo has necessitated <br />better security and a change in construction plans resulting in <br />unanticipated delays in completion of construction; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the section of <br />said Agreement pertaining to completion date; <br />WHEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL <br />PROMISES, COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH,.THE <br />PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Paragraph IV of said Agreement is amended to read <br />as follows; <br />"For the purpose of this Agreement, Prentice <br />Park Zoo shall be completed no later than <br />December 31, 1977, and all funds received under <br />this Agreement shall be disbursed on or before <br />that date." <br />2, in all other particulars, said Agreement dated <br />February 5, 1974, as modified on August 5, 1975, April 6, 1976, <br />
