f ..I THIRD AMENDMENT TO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT dated/ / 191/1 , is made and entered into by and between the County of Orange, herein- after referred to as COUNTY, and the City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to as CITY. 0 WHEREAS, COUNTY and CITY have entered into an agreement dated May 28, 1974, which has been previously amended on November 12, 1974, and on June 29; and WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend said agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, the parties hereto agree to amend said agreement as follows: 1.
