AMENDMENT TO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT <br />THIS AMENQMENT TO REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT is made and entered into this <br />day of, �� 1976, by and between the County of Orange, hereinafter <br />referred `to as COUNTY, and the City of Santa Ana, hereinafter referred to.as <br />CITY. <br />WHEREAS, COUNTY AND CITY have entered into a prior agreement dated May 28, 1974: <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto have previously amended said agreement and now <br />desire to amend said agreement again; <br />NOW, THEREFORE in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, <br />the parties hereto agree to amend said agreement as follows: <br />1. Paragraph IV shall be amended to read as follows: <br />For the purposes of this agreement, all funds under this agreement <br />shall be disbursed or encumbered on or before December 31, 1976. <br />2.— Paragraph X shall be amended to read as follows: <br />.CITY agrees that $90,000 shall be used exclusively for planning <br />and implementing service to assist in the transportation needs of <br />Senior Citizens to and from the Center. As outlined in Exhibit C, <br />which is attached hereto and which by this reference is incorporated <br />herein as of fully set forth. However, before any funds may be <br />expended, CITY must submit all plans and proposals to COUNTY for <br />approval by COUNTY'S Administrative Office or COUNTY'S Board of <br />Supervisors. Funds must be disbursed on or before December 31, 1976. <br />IN WITNESS WEREOF, the parties hereto certify that they have read and under- <br />stand all the terms and conditions contained herein and have hereby caused <br />this amendment to be executed as of the date first above written. <br />ATTEST: <br />WILLIAM E.
