Of these: <br />–The majority were in opposition <br />–Focused on concerns such as density, open space, traffic, and <br />parking <br />–The City prepared written responses for each comment; the <br />responses were uploaded to the record and printed for the public <br />hearing prior to the 5:30 p.m. meeting start time <br />•During the public hearing, 29 individuals provided comments on <br />the project <br />–18 were in support, 1 was in opposition, and 10 expressed no clear <br />position <br />–The nature of the comments centered on: <br />•Improvements and contributions to the community <br />•Concerns about density, open space, traffic, parking, and oversight of how <br />the DA’s $22 million community benefit payment would be spent.
