City' s Performance <br />City shall provide facilities, chairs, tables, audio <br />video equipment, easels and duplicating services for <br />training sessions conducted by Consultant. City shall <br />limit participants to no more than 27 employees per Academy <br />session. <br />III. Compensation <br />As compensation for Consultant's services under this <br />Agreement, City agrees to pay, and Consultant agrees to <br />accept, payment of $1,400 per day of teaching ($700 per <br />half -day).
