LEASE SCHEDULE #96-112-AF <br />` This Schedule is issued pursuant to the Lease with Option to Purchase <br />dated as of July 1, 1996 by and between the undersigned. <br />A. Property Location: 60 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92702 <br />B. Property Description: Jail and records management system <br />C. Name and Address of Supplier(s): <br />Tiburon, Inc. , <br />475 Sansome, Suite 810 <br />San Francisco, CA <br />D. Property Cost Summary: <br />Estimated Property Cost <br />(including related expenses): $1,800,000.00 <br />Less Capital Contribution: (474,420.00) <br />Financing Amount: $1,325,580.00 <br />E. Lease Term. The full term of this Schedule is sixty (60) months <br />commencing on the Lease Issuance Date and concluding sixty (60) months <br />thereafter. Upon closing, the Lease Issuance Date shall be inserted in <br />the following blank ( ). <br />F. Rental Payments. Rental Payments for this Schedule are due in <br />twenty (20) consecutive quarterly payments in accordance with the <br />Payment Schedule herein. Each payment includes interest at the rate of <br />5.43% per annum on the unpaid principal balance. The Financing Amount <br />in Section D represents the original principal balance. <br />G. Lease Acquisition Cost. The cost for Lessee to acquire the <br />Property over the full specified term of this Schedule is <br />$1,502,190.40. <br />
