Lease Term. The full term of this Schedule is sixty (60) months <br />commencing on the Lease Issuance Date and concluding sixty (60) months <br />thereafter. Upon closing, the Lease Issuance Date shall be inserted in <br />the following blank ( ). <br />F. Rental Payments. Rental Payments for this Schedule are due in <br />twenty (20) consecutive quarterly payments in accordance with the <br />Payment Schedule herein. Each payment includes interest at the rate of <br />5.43% per annum on the unpaid principal balance. The Financing Amount <br />in Section D represents the original principal balance. <br />G.
