C. The Santa Ana Police Department will refer all victims of violent crimes <br />committed against women to the appropriate CSP Family Violence Victim <br />Specialist immediately following the crime incident. <br />D. The Santa Ana Police Department will conduct bi-weekly home visits of <br />Empowerment Zone residents identified by the Domestic Violence Court to be at <br />risk for non-compliance with court orders. <br />E. The Santa Ana Police Department will provide enhanced training on domestic <br />violence, child abuse, and sexual assault to sworn officers. <br />F. The Santa Ana Police Department will actively seek and train volunteers to <br />increase the size of the FVERT. <br />Human Options will coordinate and provide the following services in the <br />Community Resource Coalition: <br />A. Human Options will provide a full-time, master's level Spanish speaking therapist <br />to work at the Minnie Street Substation. The therapist will teach three Personal <br />Empowerment Programs (PEP) per week and provide adult, child and family <br />therapy as needed. <br />B. Human Options will provide a part-time Spanish speaking Peer Counselor to lead <br />one children's group per week, The Peer Counselor will also train and provide <br />childcare workers during group times. <br />C. Human Options will supply information about countywide domestic violence <br />services including 24-hour hotline counseling, emergency shelter and walk-in <br />legal and counseling services. <br />15 C _0 <br />Paul M.
