AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT won= THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this th day of September 2002, by and between LornacInformation Systems, Inc. ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the 15� State of California ("City"), collectively referred to herein as "the Parties". R.RECILTALS. A L A. The Parties entered into that certain agreement entitled "Consultant Agreement" dated July 18, 2000, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement", for cabling services. The Parties hereto now desire to amend the Tenn of said Agreement pursuant to the second option to renew in accordance with said Agreement in order to provide continuous uninterrupted service under the Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the ternis and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: L Section 1, of said agreement, pertaining to "Compensation" term of said Agreement is hereby amended to reflect an increase in compensation of an amount not to exceed $400,000.00 in accordance with the City's second option to renew due to City's need for the Consultant's services under said Agreement. 2. Section 1, of said Agreement, pertaining to Term of said Agreement is hereby amended to change the the termination date to "on or before July 17, 2003, with an option, at City's discretion, of one (1) additional, one (1) year renewal." Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
