LAN LAB COMMUNICATIONS, INC. j, THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into this 18"' day of July 2000, by and between the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City") and LAN LAf3 CEOMMUNICATIONS, INC. ("Contractor"). WIJEREAS, the City desires to retain the services of Contractor to provide the City with products and services as outlined in the RFP 'CABLING SERVICES FOR `fI-JE CITY OF SANTA ANA, THEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective promises, the parties hereto do hereby state as follows: Terms and Conditions The term of this Agreement shall be for period of up to and including City's Final Acceptance plus any subsequent training and/or services provided Under the proposal. All terms and conditions more fully set forth in the Request for Proposal ("R.Fl?"): "Cabling Services for the City Of Santa Ana", May 2000, shall have full force and effect in this Agreement. Said terms and conditions are attached hereto as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by reference. All terms and conditions set forth in the Contractor's "Proposal for 'Cabling Services for the City Of Santa Ana' ", May 2000, shall have full force and effect in this Agreement. Said terms and conditions are attached hereto as Exhibit B, and incorporated herein by reference. 2. Scope of Services The scope of services and deliverables are described in Part I of the RFP: "Cabling Services for the City Of Santa Ana." 3. Insurance The Vendor will be required to have the following insurance: a. Commercial general liability - $1,000,000 or more covering bodily iqjury and property damage per Occurrence. b. Business Auto including owned,, non -owned, and hire vehicles - $1,000,000 or more covering bodily injury and property damage per occurrence.
