SECTION v :* ACCEPTANCE TEST FLAN <br />A link will be deemed to have passed after the 10 inbound and 10 outbound messages <br />have been sent and received. <br />Motorola's engineers will confirm the results. Any deficiencies deemed to be the <br />responsibility of Motorola will be corrected. Deficiencies that fall into the <br />responsibility of SAPD will be identified for SAPD's resolution of the problem. <br />3.1.4.1.3 Link Test Documentation <br />For the communications link test, the test team will record the following information: <br />Test personnel <br />+ Motorola representatives performing the Link Verification Test <br />•:• Date and time <br />+ Record data and time that the tests were conducted <br />•3 Base site name <br />Host site name <br />+ Corresponding to the RNC and test host location <br />•2• Total number of inbound and outbound messages <br />This test verifies connectivity using a Motorola supplied pseudo -host and software, <br />and does not involve the final host application which will be supplied by another <br />vendor. It is the responsibility of that vendor to configure their software to allow <br />interaction with Motorola supplied equipment. The RNC 3000 uses TCP/IP protocol <br />over ethernet, and host applications should be configured as such to allow for proper <br />operation of the system as a whole. <br />The above acceptance test will be performed by Motorola and witnessed by Santa Ana <br />Police Department personnel once Motorola has completed installation and setup of <br />the RNC 3000 and has notified SAPD that the system is ready for testing. <br />If deficiencies are found during the testing, both the deficiencies and resolutions to the <br />deficiencies shall be agreed upon and documented per the Statement of Work. <br />MOTOROL,et <br />Gonfidentiat and Proprietary 3 -;• 4 <br />
