RESOLUTION NO. 61-191 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITmf IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDEPJkTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BASCOM RUSH has presented to the City a deed dated <br /> <br />July 31, 1961, conveying certain real property located on the West <br />side of King Street, North of Fifth Street, in consideration of the /~ <br />payment of $15,000.00, of which $12,000.00 represents total consid- <br />eration for the real property and $3,000.00 represents compensation <br />to Seller for his expenses in moving his personal property from said <br />real property. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow <br />No. 4~478-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha, <br /> <br />California; and <br /> WHEREAS, ANDREA K. HAYWARD an~_S_AMT. HAYW~A~D~_- have presented <br />to the City a deed dated July 11, 1961, conveying certain real <br />property located South of Bolsa Avenue, East of Newhope Street, for <br />a reservoir site, in consideration of the payment of $28,220.00. <br /> <br />Said transaation is to be handled through Escrow No. 46411-C with the <br />Security Title Insurance Comapny, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
