RESOLUTION NO. 61-193 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALBERT BRUNING and BLANCHE BRUNING have presented ~o <br /> <br />~e City a deed dated July 18, 1961, conveying vehicular access rights <br />on the West side of Fairview Street, North of First Street; and /~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JESSE OJEDA and LILLIAN M. OJEDA have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated July 17, 1961, conveying vehicular access rights <br />on the South side of Seventeenth Street, West of Mabury Street; and /~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAMES HOLMES and FLORA HOLMES have presented to the <br />City a deed dated February 3, 1961, conveying an easement for street/~/ <br />purposes on the North side of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope Street; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JAMES HOLMES and FLORA HOLMES have presented to the <br />City a deed dated February 3, 1961, conveying an easement for drain- <br />age purposes on the North side of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope <br />Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VERA COLE has presented to the City a deed dated <br />February 3, 1961, conveying easements for drainage purposes running/~ <br />Northerly from Sugar Avenue,aPProximately 660 feet East of Newhope <br />Street,for approximately 1200 feet and Easterly approximately 300 <br />feet; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, VERA COLE has presented to the City a deed dated <br /> <br /> an easement for street purposes on the/~~ <br />February <br /> 3, <br /> 1961, <br /> conveying <br /> <br />North side of Sugar Avenue, East of Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A. J.
