BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That "WARNER AND SALTA N. & S. ANNEX" is hereby designated as an appropriate name by which said territory shall be known for the purpose of this annexation. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That notice is hereby given that September 18, 1961, at the hour of 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Aha, California, is the time and place fixed at which said Council will hear protests against this annexation made by any person owning property within said territory. At any time before said hearing, any owner of real property within said territory may file written protest against this proposed annex- ation. Such protest shall state the name of the owner of the property affected and the description and area of the property in general terms, all as provided for in the California Goverr~ent Code, Section 35312. -4-
