SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The Contractor proposes to provide a wide variety of housing and <br />community development related consulting and program management <br />services including the following: <br />❑ Review affordable housing and capital improvement projects to <br />determine developer, contractor and/or project comply with program <br />requirements. <br />❑ Provide grant administrative and management services. <br />❑ Assist City staff with implementation of affordable housing projects. <br />❑ Provide staff with technical assistance to ensure compliance with federal <br />program regulations. <br />❑ Assist City staff implement and maintain HUD's IDIS system. <br />❑ Prepare plans, reports, and grant applications as requested. <br />❑ Meet with division staff as needed. <br />❑ Other related tasks as requested. <br />Work will be performed both off -site and in City office space. The City will <br />provide supplies and clerical support on an as needed basis. <br />PROPOSED FEES <br />Fees for proposed professional services will be billed at a rate of $65.00 .per <br />hour. The Contractor will maintain a log of dates, times and services <br />provided. Log and invoice for professional services will be submitted to the <br />Housing Programs Coordinator for processing during the City's regular <br />payment cycle. <br />Additional materials and supplies required to complete assigned tasks, or <br />as requested by the City, will be billed at cost plus 30%. <br />2 <br />
