Hunter. <br />None <br /> <br />Trustee McBride stated that he objected on the basis of the merit <br /> <br />system and after listening to the arguments he was still convinced <br /> <br />that it is getting confused but will vote "yes" to give it a fair trial. <br /> <br />Trustee Hunter stated that the merit system has been abused and out of <br /> <br />167 employees 30 were recommended from "C" to "D" step and 6 not <br /> <br />recommended, and that 66 were recommended from "D" to "E" steps and <br /> <br />65 not recommended. It was moved by Trustee Hunter that the <br /> <br /> <br />
