In consideration of the rents and covenants hereinafter set forth, Owner hereby leases and demises <br />to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases and takes from Owner, the premises hereinafter described on the <br />terms and conditions set forth in this Lease Agreement, hereinafter called the 'lease". <br />BASIC LEASE PROVISIONS <br />The words and figures set forth in Paragraphs A to R, both inclusive, are part of this Lease and <br />relate to the numbered articles which follow: <br />A.
