* Review affordable housing projects to determine developer and project <br />compliance requirements. <br />0 Assist City staff with implementation of affordable housing projects. <br />Provide staff with technical assistance to ensure compliance with federal <br />program regulations, <br />Assist City staff implement and maintain HUD's IDIS system. <br />Prepare plans, reports, and grant applications as requested. <br />Meet with division staff as needed, <br />Other related tasks as requested. <br />Work will be performed both off -site and in City office space. The City will <br />provide supplies and clerical support on an as needed basis. <br />PROPOSED FEES <br />Fees for proposed professional services will be billed at a rate of $60.00 per <br />hour. The Contractor will maintain a log of dates, times and services <br />provided. Log and invoice for professional services will be submitted to the. ---- <br />Housing Programs Coordinator for processing during the City's regular _- <br />payment cycle. <br />Additional materials and supplies required to complete assigned tasks, -or as <br />requested by the City, will be billed at cost plus 10%. (Original back-up <br />documentation will be provided.) <br />'INSURANCE <br />The Contractor will provide the City with a current certificate of general <br />liability and auto insurance for the required amounts. Both policies will be <br />kept current as required by the terms of the professional service <br />agreement.
