RES0133TION NO, 61-203 <br /> <br />PROHIBITING PARKING IN! ~XCEJS OF TWO HOURS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WASH- <br />INGTON AVENUE ~ETWEEN MAIN STREET AND SYCAMORE STi~EET <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ as follows: <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of Calif~ nia~ <br />Section 588 (d)~ and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code~ the City <br />Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations setforth in <br />Section 3216 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code~ establishing parking limitations <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> WASHINGTON AVENUE <br /> <br />No person shall park any vehicle on the North side of Washington <br />Avenue between Main Street and Sycamore Street, and leave the same <br />so parked for a period of time longer than two hours~ between the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Sundays and <br />holidays. <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be posted <br />along the above described street~ at least two to the block~ indicating such <br />p~rking limitation and prohibition. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisons of the California <br />Vehicle Code~ Section 21558 and the Santa Ana M~nicipal Code~ Sections 3201 <br />and 3215~ 24-MINUTE. PARKING zones are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> SYCAMORE S TP.V. ET <br /> <br /> The West side of Sycamore Street between Washington aud Fifteenth Street <br /> The North 42 Feet of the South 102 feet <br /> <br />and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb GREEN and <br />install signs for 24-Minute Parking to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove <br />described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aua at its <br />regular meeting held on the 7th da~ of August 1961. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />· ' ~[A'~RK OF ~T~E COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
