Since the services aie beilg perfonrrecl ui port of an applicable <br />"public works" or "maintenance" project, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and since the <br />total compensation is $1,000 or lnore, Contractor agrees to fully comply with such prevailing <br />Wage Larvs. <br />City shall provide Contractor u,ith a copy of the prevailing rates of per diern wages in effect at the <br />colnmellcenrent of this Agreement.
