RESOLUTION NO. 61-211 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, FIRST WESTERN BANK AND TRUST COMPANY has presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated August 23, 1961, granting an easement for sewer <br />purposes on the East side of Tustin Avenue, North of First Street, in <br />consideration of the payment of $2,500.00, being consideration for <br />damage to orange trees and shrubs. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 311622-ET with Title Insurance and Trust Company, <br />Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and H. H.
