<br /> <br /> <br /> Proposal # P-9586 <br />The human connection between you and your technology. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> Upon being awarded this project, Lanmor will immediately assign a project manager to oversee this project from <br />beginning to end. It will be requested by Lanmor to have a “project kick-off” meeting in which all Contractor/Owner and <br />Lanmor staff involved will meet to introduce each other and to go over scheduling, requirements, and other details of this <br />project (can be completed via phone conference). The Lanmor project manager will supply the Contractor/Owner <br />representative all the necessary documentation as described in the deliverables and will be the first point of contact for <br />anything concerning this project. <br /> <br />EXCLUSIONS (unless specifically included above) <br />• Cutting, patching, and painting of existing walls. <br />• Grouting, caulking, Glazing or provisioning of any glass for Storefront entrances. <br />• Disconnect, reconnect, or relocation of plumbing, electrical, HVAC or other services. <br />• Painting and finishing of unfinished doors and frames. <br />• Framing, rough carpentry, and drywall required. <br />• Master keying of cylinders to existing key systems. <br />• Installation of customer furnished materials. <br />• Required building permits and authority having jurisdiction approval. <br />• Work scheduled after hours or weekends. <br />• Expedited shipping charges / Acceleration of installation schedule. <br />• Delay not directly caused by Blueviolet/Blueviolet/Lanmor Services. <br />• Changes in scope, terms and conditions or schedule not covered in pricing. <br />• No back charges against Blueviolet/Blueviolet/Lanmor Services without providing 72 hour written notice <br />and an opportunity to cure. <br />• Work area containment. <br />• 110v electrical. <br />• Extra costs of return trips are required due to inadequate preparation of the opening(s) prior to <br />installation. All openings must be ready for install. <br />• Permits of any kind. <br />• Any Lifts needed due to ceiling heights. <br />• Conduit and Raceways for necessary for connectivity. <br /> <br /> <br />REFERENCES <br /> <br />1. Labor for a period of 90 days from partial and or complete system activation. Notice of a <br />warranty claim must be received by Blueviolet/Blueviolet/Lanmor Services within the warranty period. The exclusive <br />remedy under the warranty is Blueviolet/Blueviolet/Lanmor Services’ obligation to repair or replace any defective work,
