Blueviolet/Lanmors’ Regular Service hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. <br />Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Regular service requests will be <br />responded to on the next business day if the request is received by 2:00 <br />pm. <br />(Holidays observed by Blueviolet/Lanmor are: New Year’s Day, President’s <br />Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, <br />Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.) <br />2. At the specific request of City of Santa Ana, Blueviolet/Lanmor will provide <br />After Hours service for work required to be done outside the regular service <br />hours and will be billed at the After Hours rate. <br />3. Blueviolet/Lanmor will provide Emergency Service at the specific request of <br />City of Santa Ana only. Emergency Service may be billed at the After Hours <br />rate if the work is done in the After Hours time frame. <br />4. Upon mutual agreement of installation projects, specific dates and times <br />will be scheduled per that agreement. All service calls will be assessed a <br />$65.00 trip fee per call. If Blueviolet/Lanmor has multiple calls for a City of <br />Santa Ana site, then only one trip charge will apply. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Pricing <br />1. Service work and installation costs will be set as follows unless otherwise <br />agreed upon in a SOW or Quote: <br />a. Regular Service Rate <br />For all work performed during Regular Service Hours, <br />Blueviolet/Lanmor will charge an hourly rate of $210.00/hour including <br />travel time to the job site rounded to the nearest quarter hour for travel <br />time above 15 minutes. All service calls will be assessed at a $65.00 <br />trip fee per call. If Blueviolet/Lanmor has multiple calls for other <br />customers in the same locale the trip charge will be waived. <br />Blueviolet/Lanmor will invoice according to the most recently provided <br />sub-contractor pricing for areas in which Blueviolet/Lanmors’ partners <br />are needed to complete work. <br />b. After hours and Emergency Service Rate <br />Blueviolet/Lanmor will bill at 1.5 times the “Regular Service” rate <br />including travel time to the job site rounded to the nearest quarter <br />hour for travel time above 15 minutes. Blueviolet/Lanmor will invoice <br />according to the most recently provided sub-contractor pricing for <br />areas in which Blueviolet/Lanmors’ partners are needed to complete <br />work <br />2. Monitoring of Alarms <br />Blueviolet/Lanmor now has the Monitoring contract for Burglary systems, <br />which is outlined in a separate Monitoring agreement. <br /> <br />
