RESOLUTION NO. 61-212 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, WALTER R. ELLIOTT, AVIS F. ELLIOTT, ROBERT K. ELLIOTT <br /> <br />and EVELYN E. ELLIOTT have presented to the City a deed dated May 3rd, <br />1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on the North side of <br />Sugar Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard, together with vehicular access <br />rights to Sugar Avenue excepting that portion reserved for driveway <br />purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, YGNACIO R. SORIA and ROSIE P. SORIA have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated August 18, 1961, conveying an easement for street <br /> <br /> on the East side of Newhope Street, South of Sugar Avenue, /~ <br />purposes <br /> <br />together with vehicular access rights to Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, A. H. ALLEN, also known as AUGUSTUS H. ALLEN, and <br />GEORGIA ALLEN have presented to the City a deed dated August 14, 1961, <br />conveying an easement for construction, operation and maintenance of j~ <br />a traffic signal over three parcels of land on the Southwest corner <br />of McFadden Avenue and Grand Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~hat the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds, and H. H.
