RESOLUTION NO. 61-216 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT %1227 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS,DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, <br />FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEM AT INTERSECTION <br />OF McFADDEN AND MAIN STREETS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto have reached an agreement for the <br />installation of traffic control signal system at the intersection of <br />McFadden Street and Main Street in the City of Santa Ana for the <br />installation and maintenance of the same and for the payment of costs <br />thereof, all as set forth in that certain agreement designated <br />AGREEMENT ~1227 between the parties hereto. <br /> <br /> NOW, <br />California, <br />Vice-Mayor, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana, <br />approves said Agreement and authorizes Royal E.
