This s protect will have major positive economic <br />impact for the city as well as offer excellent upgraded amenities for the loc <br />al residents. <br />Related Bristol will generate 16,800 new jobs, $500 million inne <br />w tax revenue during its first 30 years and a <br />$544 million community benefits package. As part of your ci <br />vic duty to vote in the best interest of your <br />constituents, it is imperative to prioritize the needs of the overall community and not jeopardize the financial <br />feasibility of the project over additional union �SSUes, components and <br />p other requirements, <br />Time is of the essence! Nearly 100 local hL,snesses at Metro Town <br />Square shopping center need certainty about <br />their future and business location. Witii leases for all tenants expiring p ng imminently and the very real prospect of a <br />vacant retail center that is an important generator of sales tax revenues to ou <br />r pity, we cannot delay this protect any <br />further, nor jeopardize its feasibility. <br />Related Bristol is proposing new and improved communityamenities es that will enhance and elevate the quality of life <br />in this city, including: <br />13 acres of publicly accessible and actively programmed open sac <br />3 <br />$22M towards a Community Benefit Fund that could be used towards r•ds street improvements, a community <br />center, or anything else the City prioritizes, <br />A public safety office to shorten police response times and <br />$18M in affordable hou i rig in -lieu fees. <br />More than ever, people want safe, secure public laces to connect p and build community with family and friends. For <br />these reasons, l support the visionary Related Bristol t ro'ect and 1 p urge you to approve this important, new gateway <br />to Santa Ana for the benefit of all. <br />
