The extra <br />compensation in each case shall be~ in addition to the regular <br />scheduled pay~ the sum of twenty-five dollars ($2§.00) per month. <br /> <br /> **Every Police Officer doing regular peace officer work <br />and every Fire Department employee regularly engaged in on-the- <br />scene fire suppression (class titles for such classifications .~ <br />hereinabove indicated by a double asterisk following such class <br />titles) shall receive in addition to the regular scheduled and <br />step wage designated for said lndividual~ an additional sum of <br />Ten Dollars ($10.00) per month for each month during which said <br />individual actually performs service for the City. For the purpose <br />of this additional payment a regular vacation period shall be <br />considered service. In event of absence from duty for any other <br />reason than Vacation said additional payment shall be prorated <br />upon the basis of the number of days actually worked. <br /> <br /> <br />
