RESOL~fION NO. 51-232 GRANTING APPEAL APPLICATION <br />NO. 37 FROi4 THE GRANTING OF CONDITIONAL USE PE~X'r <br />NO. 62 TO THE PIRST CHURCH OF GOD OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, heretofore Conditional Use Permit Ho. 52 was approved <br /> <br />subject to conditions, and Appeal Application No. 37 was filed from <br /> <br />the requirements of Condition No. 10; and after due hearing, the <br /> <br />City Council determined that said Condition should be modified. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the granting of Conditional <br /> <br /> NOW, <br /> <br />Use Permit No. 52 to the First Church of God of Santa Ana should be <br />approved subject to all conditions excepting Condition No. 10, which <br />said condition should be modified to read as follows: <br /> <br />"That there be a 6-foot solid masonry wall along the <br />South side of said area,as shown on the Plot Plan, <br />running from the 20-foot setback line to within 20 feet <br />of the West property line, and that there be a 5-foot <br />solid masonry wall on the North boundary of said <br />property from the 20-foot setback line to the existing <br />wire fence." <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1961. <br /> <br />Aha at <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~'L~K OF ~HE ~oUNcIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing ~esolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 2nd day of October, 1961, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Royal E.
