G(M understands the scope of services stated in Exhibit I <br />1. Contractor shall provide a dedicated local representative. <br />2. Contractor shall review drawing for completeness, accuracy, and proper <br />application of product prior to installation. <br />3. Defective/Damaged Products/Missing Paris: Contractor shall notify City <br />of defective /damaged / missing part products prior to delivery and place <br />such products on re -order. Contractor shall notify City of lead time on re- <br />ordered products. <br />4. Partial Shipments: Partial shipments will not be accepted by the City <br />unless authorized by the Clty. <br />S. Manufacturer/Factory Delays: Contractor shall notify City of any <br />manufacturerffactory delays. City reserves the right to cancel orders due <br />to manufacturerlfactory delays, If it is in the best interest of the City. The <br />City may elect to cancel order and seek equivalent product from another <br />course. The Contractor shall be held liable for price difference and the <br />City may seek damages. <br />6. Missing Parts: Al City's request, Contractor shall provide usable and <br />good quality loaner furniture for City's use until missing parts are <br />received and successfully installed to the satisfaction of the City. <br />7, Warehousing: Contractors) shall have the capacity to provide storage for <br />office furniture ordered by the City when a project delay occurs. 'The <br />Contractor(s) must provide warehousing at no cost to the City for a <br />minimum of thirty (30) days. Please provide a monthly fee (to include any <br />associated labor) for storage costs following the 30 days on Attachment J <br />— Furniture Bid Form. <br />8. Any damage to City property incurred by Contractor will be repaired at <br />GIM Rushm lnWl—nd MIIIe,K.11 <br />RFP R.*p— for City n7 S4.t. Ana RFP NO, 24-090A <br />the Contractor's expense and any repairs will not be accepted unless <br />approved by City. <br />9. Contractor shall pre-Inspectfurniture for quality, damages and/or <br />completeness or order priorto scheduling delivery. <br />10. Contractor is responsible for the disposal of all packaging materials f <br />products ordered by the City off and on City site. All trash and debris <br />must be removed and disposed each day of installation in an approp <br />ro <br />m <br />rlate <br />manner. <br />11. Uncrating at location of delivery Wil not be allowed unless authorized by <br />City. <br />12. Furniture shall be delivered blanket wrapped, unwrapped, assembled, <br />set in place, wiped clean of all fingerprints and function demonstrated to <br />City. <br />13. Contractor shall ensure delivery site is left in a clean and orderly manner <br />after Installation is complete. <br />
