As your <br />Sales Executive, I will be your primary point of contact, supported by a fantastic team of <br />cross-functional experts. Collectively our team has over 50+ years of project and industry <br />experience. We are committed to providing the support and service needed for a successful <br />and rewarding facility and I have no doubt that we will succeed in providing a satisfying <br />customer experience. <br />There’s a chance we may not be your lowest bid. Tangram’s reputation in the industry, our <br />ability to be a single resource for multiple applications, and the desire to be our client’s <br />business partner vs. a furniture dealer come with deliverables that go far beyond the price of <br />furniture, equipment, and construction. <br />I would like to highlight just some of the value services that differentiate Tangram from our <br />competitors. <br />• Value Engineering – We realize there’s often a need for a value engineered approach. We <br />would be happy to be a collaborative partner for any value engineering needs should <br />they arise. Our vendor relationships and strong presence in the market allow us leverage <br />as it relates to pricing, lead times, and any warranty/service issues which may arise. <br />• Pricing – For a significant portion of the Steelcase package we were able to negotiate <br />additional discounting above and beyond the national Sourcewell contract resulting in <br />additional savings. <br />• Project Team Experience – You will see your team’s organizational chart in the attached <br />submittal. Collectively we have over 50 years of experience working on education, <br />healthcare, government, and commercial projects. <br />• Installation Issue Managements – Punch list items are addressed in real-time throughout <br />the installation and are communicated between the installation and operations teams. <br />• Daily Progress Reports – You will be provided a daily progress report, including photos, <br />describing the work completed and what you can anticipate for the following day.
