I am specifically requesting that the city provide me the ENTIRE footage from the officers who were speaking with Congressmember Jose Luis Correa and Mayor Valerie Amezcua about removing me, Fernando Delgado (alias Fernando Deveras), from the backstage area. Upon reviewing the files from my previous request (Request 24-2028), I noticed that the file Axon_Body_3_Video_2024-09-15_1935_X6039BG7F is missing 24 seconds of video footage at the top of the video. It is my understanding that once activated, body cameras store the 30 seconds of buffered video prior to activation without the audio (according to MyAxon.com). The audio portions from file Axon_Body_3_Video_2024-09-15_1932_X60A6842E and file Axon_Body_3_Video_2024-09- 15_1935_X60A6842E both start 30 seconds into the footage, but the audio for Axon_Body_3_Video_2024-09- 15_1935_X6039BG7F starts 6 seconds into the footage. I would like the remainder of this video footage to be included as part of the records request. If there is a reason why this portion of the video was redacted, then I would like to know what that reason is. The law provides that if portions of footage are deemed exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and disclosed. I expect you to provide me with all non-exempt portions of the records I have requested. Per the law, this request should be broadly construed, and narrowly limited. I would like to receive these records as soon as can be arranged, and certainly within the time frame set forth under the CPRA. May 30, 2017 where 3 people were arrested at Lou Correa Immigration Town Hall Meeting. Also, please include all subsequent videos and reports from Santa Ana Police headquarters later that night where entire police force was ordered to dress up in riot gear to attack community members with force, pointing guns in our faces. 2
