The grantee is required to <br />maintain books, records, documents, and other evidence pertaining to the <br />reimbursable costs and hold them available for audit and inspection by the <br />State or Federal Government for the five years following the close out of the <br />contract and payment of the final invoice. These retention requirements pertain <br />to all contracts associated with this program, regardless of funding source. <br />
