The Project improves a major site at a gateway <br />intersection leading into Santa Ana by redeveloping an outdated, auto - <br />oriented strip -commercial center with a dynamic, mixed -use urban village <br />that complements the scale an intensity of existing developments <br />surrounding the Project Site.
