3. No person shall use any utility area or truck loading area reserved for use in conducting business, except for <br />the specific purpose for which permission to use these areas has been given. <br />4, No employee shall use any area for motor vehicle parking except the area specifically designated for <br />employee parking for the particular period of time the use of to be made, No Lessee shall. designate an area for employee parking <br />except the area designated in writing by Lessor. <br />5. Without the prior written consent of Lessor, no person shall use any of the Comnron <br />Areas for (i) Vending, peddling or soliciting orders for sale or distributing of any merchandise, device, service, <br />periodical, book, pamphlet, or other matter; (ii) Exhibiting any non-professional sign, placard, banner, notice or <br />other written material or distributing any circular, booklet, handbill, placard, or other material; (iii) Soliciting <br />membership in any organization, group, or association, or soliciting contributions for any purpose or parading, <br />patrolling, picketing, demonstrating, or engaging in conduct that might interfere with the use of the Common Areas <br />or be detrimental to any of the business establishments in the Center; (iv) Using the Common Areas for any purpose <br />when none of the business establishments in the Center are open for business; (v) Discarding any paper, glass, or <br />extraneous matter of any kind, except in designated receptacles; (vi) Using a sound -making device that is grossly <br />annoying or unpleasant to the general public; or (vii) <br />Damaging any sign, light standard, or fixture, landscaping material or other improvement or property within the <br />Center. <br />The above listing of specific prohibitions is not intended to be exclusive, but is intended to indicate the <br />manner in which the right to use the Common Areas solely as a means of access and convenience in shopping at the <br />business establishments in the Center is limited and controlled by Lessor. <br />
