Hall reported out the summary of email comments <br />received: nine (9) non-agenda comments, two (2) Item No. 10, one (1) Item No. 12, and <br />one (1) Item No. 19. <br />The following speakers addressed City Council in-person: <br />1. Dale Helvig thanked the Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Agency for the <br />installation of lighting at Santiago Park and requested the Council approve Agenda <br />Item No. 15. <br />2. Mike Tardif expressed concern regarding the Transit Zoning Code related to SD 84. <br />3. Bob Adams spoke regarding Adams Iron and expressed concern regarding the <br />Transit Zoning Code related to SD 84. <br />4. Sara Guerrero spoke in support of Agenda item No. 10.
