The RFP was advertised on the City’s online bid management and <br />publication system, PlanetBids, with proposals due on August 8, 2024. System records <br />indicate a total of 745 vendors were notified via PlanetBids, with 35 vendors <br />downloading bidding documents. A total of five responsive proposals were received and <br />reviewed by staff based on criteria outlined in the RFP.
