RESOLUTION NO. 61-256 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLARA E. VOSE and CLARA EDITH VOSE have presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated October 24, 1961, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the West side of Bristol Street, South of Memory-- <br />Lane, in consideration of the payment of $8,625.00. Said transaction <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 46689-C with the Security Title <br />Insurance Cempany, Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, DORA WULFESTIEG has presented to the City a deed <br /> <br />dated September 28, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property on the ~ <br />North side of Sixth Street, East of Flower Street, in consideration/~ ~ <br />of the payment of $16,280.00. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 46760-C with the Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Ana, California; and ~/1~..~ '~ ~.'-~-~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RENA M. FRYATT, MARY EVANGELINE HAGER, who acquired <br />title as Mary Evangeline Fryatt, and MARJORIE LUCILLE SHENTON, who <br />acquired title as Marjorie Lucille Fryatt, have presented to the City <br />a deed dated September 28, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property <br />on the Northwest corner of Sixth and Patton Streets, in consideration <br />of the payment of $20,300.00. Said transaction is to be handled <br />through Escrow No. 46761-C with the Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, CLARA HILL has presented to the City a deed dated <br />October 11, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property on the West side <br />of Garnsey Street, North of Sixth Street, in consideration of the <br />payment of $12,400.00. Said transaction is to be handled through <br />Escrow No. 46814-C with the Security Title Insurance Company, Santa <br />Ana, California; ".' ~'~ ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
