Exhibit A <br /> VENDOR INFORMATION: All Occasions Services <br /> EVENT: Native American Heritage Festival <br /> CONTRACT TERM(s): Wednesday, September 16th—Tuesday, December 31st <br /> EVENT DATES: Saturday,November 16th <br /> For a total cost of$30,000 All Occasions Services will hold the Native American Heritage <br /> Festival on November 16th, 2024.The contract requires: <br /> • All Occasions Services will use the$30,000 to cover all event production costs including <br /> but not limited to: <br /> o Stage and Audio Company <br /> o Vendors <br /> o Entertainment <br /> o Food Vendors <br /> o Rentals <br /> • All Occasions Services are required to go through the City's Special Event Permit <br /> Process, which states that additional permitting, including but not limited to, Santa Ana <br /> Municipal Code, County Health Department, Building Permits and Orange County Fire <br /> Authority permits are applied for and receive approval from. <br /> • All Occasions Services will provide a 50% deposit, to be submitted, once the contract is <br /> executed and the remainder is to be paid up to 45 days after the event. <br /> 1 <br />
