An accurate Bill of <br /> Materials of all furniture/design components will be derived directly from the final <br /> drawings and finish selections to develop cost estimates. <br /> Beyond the bill of materials, product masters will be developed to illustrate the furniture i I , J li g <br /> standards(manufacturer,model number,fabric and finish,department,and location within I ;� <br /> the facility)for the project and will be used by all parties in conjunction with final drawings, - <br /> color boards, renderings, and all required environmental compliance documentation to <br /> exhibit the design intent. The documents will serve as reference for all future furniture 11114,10 : <br /> - <br /> order "add on" or reconfigures. Product Master's will be printed for client sign off. All <br /> project information will be provided in printed and electronic format. <br /> Reconfigures and Future Furniture Orders <br /> r <br /> AutoCAD drawing files and inventory of existing furniture will be updated as each ' <br /> reconfigure/add on occurs.All future furniture orders will be specified according to the bill ` <br /> of materials developed in the previous phase to maintain standards for future growth and <br /> flexibility. <br /> Practices,Codes,and Methods <br /> Furniture space plans will be designed to at least meet minimum clearances, exiting <br /> requirements, occupancy loads, and seismic provisions. Drawings will be reviewed <br /> carefully by the GIM Workplace Excellence Manager and Quality Control Leader to <br /> ensure, design and specification accuracy as well as compliance with all codes and <br /> regulations that apply. <br />
