RESOLUTION NO. 61-265 ORDERING THE VACATION OF <br />A PUBLIC SERVICE DRAINAGE EASEMENT RUNNING <br />BETWEEN DAVIT AVENUE AND THE O~ANGE COUNTY FLOOD <br />CONTROL DISTRICT RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 16, 1961, the City Council adopted <br />Resolution No. 61-243, declaring intention to vacate the public <br />service easement described therein, which said resolution was <br />published and posted as required by law; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, public hearing was held on November 20, 1961, after <br />due notice, on the question of said vacation. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br /> <br />finds from all the evidence that the public service easement herein <br /> <br />described is unnecessary for present or prospective drainage purposes <br /> <br />and said City Council hereby makes its order vacating such public <br /> <br />service easement as it exists in the City of Santa Aha, California, <br /> <br />across those portions of Lots 28 and 29, in Tract No. 4024, as per <br /> <br />map recorded in Book 146, Pages 15 and 16, Miscellaneous Maps, <br /> <br />Records of Orange <br /> Parcel 1: <br /> <br />Parcel 2: <br /> <br />County, California, described as: <br /> <br />The Westerly 2.50 feet of the Easterly 7.50 <br />feet of said Lot 29, excepting therefr~n the <br />Northerly 25.00 feet and the Southerly 25.00 <br />feet. <br /> <br />The Easterly 2.50 feet of the Westerly 7.50 <br />feet of said Lot 28, excepting therefrom the <br />Northerly 25.00 feet and the Southerly 25.00 <br />feet. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1961. <br /> <br />A~EST: /~ <br />df.~.R~ OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
