37O Council Chamber Santa An~ City Hall April 14, 1953. 7:00 P.M. City Council met in adjourned regular session. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Present: Trustees Absent: Trustees In Re Resol. No. 53-48 Accept Grant Deed Geo.W.Beams etux William Jerome, J.L.McBride, 0rson H. Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. None On motion of Trustee McBride, seconded by Jerome and carried, following Resolution entitled: "Resolution Accepting Orant Deed" the from Alice M. and George W. Beams, conveying certain real property located at the corner of Adams and Orange Avenue, being all of Lot 9, Block "G", South Santa Ana, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 53-48 and passed by the following vote: In Re Resol. No. 53-49 Author. Quit-claim Deed State of California (Joint Outfall Sewer) Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees , On motion of Trustee McBride, William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Orson H. Hunter, Milford W. ~ahl, Courtney R. Chandler. None None seconded by Jerome and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing Quitclaim Deed to the State of California and execution of right-of- way contract with the State of California" covering Joint Outfall Sewer property westerly of the Santa Ana River between the Coast Highway and the Ocean used for access to the chlorination station and works, was read, .considered, designated Resolution No. 53-49 and passed by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Orson H.
