Ayes, Councilmen William Jerome, J.L.McBride, Thomas F. Larsen, Milford W. Dahl, Courtney R. Chandler. Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None It was moved by Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, that J.L. McBride be appointed as the representative of the City of Santa Ana on the Beard of Directors of Orange County Sanitation District No. I in addition to the Mayor. It was moved b~ Trustee Jerome, seconded by McBride and carried, that Milford W. Dahl be appointed as alternate to the Mayor of the City of Santa Aha on the Board of Directors of Orange County SanlSa~ion Distrie' It Was moved by Trustee Jerome, seconded by Dahl and carried, that J.L.McBride be appointed as alternate to the Mayor of the City of Santa Aha on ~he Board of Directors of Orange County Sanitation District No. 7. On motion of Trustee Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, in conform- ante with Section 104 of the Charter of the City of Santa Aha, all members of presently existing boards and commissions and all officers and employees of the City are hereby empowered and directed to continue in the performance of their duties and responsibilities as established, by statutes, ordinances, resolutions and regulations in force immediately prior to the effective date and hour of the City Charter, until such time as discontinuance or change of such duties and responsibilities shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the Charter.
