RESOLUTION NO. ~CORRECTING RESOLUTION <br />NO. 61-258 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM <br />DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 61-258 authorized execution of a <br />quitclaim deed quitclaiming to HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. <br />SEGERSTROM, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, .NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. <br />SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and <br />JEANNETTE E. SEGERSTROM all vehicular access rights on the South side <br />of warner Avenue, West of Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said location of the vehicular access rights on the <br />South side of Warner Avenue, West of Sugar Avenue was in error, and <br />said vehicular access rights should have been specified as being <br />located on the South side of Warner Avenue, West of ~u_san Street. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 61-258 <br />authorizing execution of a quitclaim deed by the City of Santa Ana is <br />hereby corrected to read that said vehicular access rights are on the <br />South side of Warner Avenue, West of Susan Street. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at ~s regular meeting held on the 20th day of Noven~ber, 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~%~( OF T~ COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, <br /> <br />do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 20th day of November, 1961, and was at said meeting regularly <br />passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
