RESOLUTION NO..~ <br /> <br /> CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS ~D CURB MARKINGS ~ ACCORDA~CE THEP~W~ITH: <br />BE I~ RESOLVED: That pursusnt to the provisions of th~ Santa Aha Municipal <br />Code, Sectiou 3201, the City dec2ar~s that portion~ of: <br /> <br />R~;SOLUTION 60-221 adopted on the seventh day of November 1960 ordering no parking <br />~stablished as follows: <br /> <br /> On the West side of Ross between 8th Street aud 10th Street <br /> <br /> The North 2 feet of the South 5~ feet <br /> The North 2 feet of the South 67 feet <br /> <br /> On the North Side of Eighth Street between Ross Street and Van Ness <br /> <br /> The West 6 feet of the East 100 feet <br /> <br />is hereby repealed and rescinded, arid the ~rector of Public Works is hereby <br />directed to cause signs to be removed. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle <br />Code Sections 2~58 and 22507 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 <br />and 3213, <br /> <br />NO P~KHqG ZONES are hereby established as follows: <br /> <br /> On the North side of Eighth Street between Ross Street and <br /> Van Ness Street <br /> <br /> The West 2 feet of the East 126 feet <br /> The West 2 feet of the East 10~ feet <br /> The West 2 feet of the East 88 feet <br /> <br /> On the West side of Ross Street b~t~en Eighth Street and <br /> Tenth Street <br /> <br /> The North 8 feet of the South 82 feet <br /> <br />And the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to p~int the curb RED to <br />effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at <br /> <br />its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November , 1961. <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CLERE ~OF TH~ COUNCIL <br /> <br /> <br />
